We would like to take this opportunity to extend a genuine thank you to our clients for their continuous support over the last 16 months. Following the government’s announcement at the beginning of the week we have taken time to consider our position as a veterinary practice and how we will proceed with Covid-19 very much still in the community.
Our priorities remain unchanged. We will continue to keep our staff and you, our clients, as safe as is possible. Aside from at the beginning of the pandemic we have managed to provide a full veterinary service from all of our sites to all of our patients and we will endeavour to continue to do so. It would be devastating to get this far along to then have to close any of our practices due to staff having to isolate. This would have a direct, negative impact on patients as we would have to reduce our routine, daily workload.
For this reason we will continue as we have been doing and our doors will remain closed to our human clients!
We hope you understand and appreciate our reasoning behind this decision.
Our staff have worked like Trojans over this long period of uncertainty and your support means the world.
The only exception will be for when our clients are experiencing the very sad situation of having to say goodbye to their much loved pets. We have procedures in place to ensure this can be carried out with complete privacy and sensitivity.
